How do I generate my first song?
Open the app, tap Generate Lyrics or AI Prompt Generator, describe your song idea, pick a style and structure, and tap Generate. Copy the result into Suno or Udio.
What's the best way to use it with Suno?
Generate the prompt first (paste it into Suno's style field), then paste the tagged lyrics into the lyrics field. Section tags like [Verse — Male] tell Suno exactly how to structure the output.
How does the Style Trainer work?
Paste 4–8 lines of lyrics you love. The app extracts a writer profile (vocabulary, rhyme density, imagery, tone) you can save and apply to future generations.
Troubleshooting
The app is stuck on "Generating…"
Check your internet connection, force-quit the app, and relaunch. If it keeps happening, email us with your iOS version and the request details.
YouTube link doesn't work
Make sure the video is public (not private or unlisted) and that it contains music. Some region-locked videos may not be analyzable.
Ran out of free generations
Free plan resets daily at midnight (your device's timezone). Upgrade to PRO for unlimited generations.
Lost my saved prompts
Prompts are stored locally on your device. If you reinstalled, they're gone unless you exported the library from Settings → Export. Always export before uninstalling.
Billing & Subscriptions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Prompt Maschine → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep PRO until the current period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Prompt Maschine purchase.
Switch from Monthly to Yearly?
Yes — in Apple's Subscriptions screen, tap your plan and select the yearly option. Apple prorates the switch automatically.
