These Terms govern your use of Prompt Maschine on Apple devices, Android devices and the Prompt Maschine website.
Effective: August 1, 2026
Store-specific purchases: subscriptions purchased on Apple devices are managed through Apple, and subscriptions purchased on Android are managed through Google Play. The price, trial eligibility, taxes and available plans shown in your storefront at checkout control your purchase.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using Prompt Maschine, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required in your country, and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Prompt Maschine for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
Prompt Maschine provides tools for creating, analyzing, editing, organizing and exporting music prompts and lyrics. Features can include AI generation, prompt validation, exclusions, vocal personas, style profiles, reference analysis, YouTube or audio analysis, and exports formatted for third-party music platforms.
Features, limits, providers and availability can differ by platform, country, app version and subscription plan. We may improve, add, limit or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
3. Accounts and device access
You may use guest mode or an available sign-in method. You are responsible for your device, sign-in credentials and activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
Some account and creative data is stored locally on your device. It may not automatically transfer to another device unless an export, import or platform feature expressly supports that transfer.
4. Free and PRO plans
Free plan
The free plan currently includes a limited number of generations per day. The current in-app limit is displayed before use and may change as the service evolves.
PRO subscriptions
PRO can include higher-quality AI models, unlimited or increased generation limits and additional tools. Available monthly or annual plans can differ between Apple and Google Play. The plan, local price, billing period, taxes and included trial shown by the applicable store before confirmation are the terms of your purchase.
Trials and renewal
If a free trial is offered, eligibility and duration are displayed at checkout. Unless canceled before the trial or current billing period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown by the store. Store notices and local law govern the precise renewal timing.
Managing or canceling
Apple purchase: manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Google Play purchase: manage or cancel through Google Play subscriptions using the Google account that made the purchase.
Deleting the app or your Prompt Maschine account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Refunds and restoration
Apple or Google, as applicable, processes payments and refund requests under its own policies and local law. Use Restore Subscription in the app when available to refresh a valid store entitlement.
5. Your content
You retain any rights you have in prompts, lyrics, audio, reference material, personas and other content you submit. You grant Prompt Maschine a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, format, analyze and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the requested service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit, including audio, lyrics, artist references, links and personal images. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.
6. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, offensive or similar to content produced for other users. Review every output before publishing or relying on it. Prompt Maschine does not guarantee originality, copyright eligibility, commercial suitability, legal clearance, platform acceptance or a specific musical result.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use generated output and for complying with the rules of the destination platform. Prompt Maschine does not generate audio on Suno or other music platforms and cannot guarantee that those platforms will follow a prompt exactly.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Prompt Maschine to:
Violate law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
Create or distribute illegal exploitation, credible threats, targeted harassment, fraud, malware or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
Attempt to access accounts, systems, models or features without authorization.
Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or overload the service except where law expressly permits it.
Misrepresent AI output as verified fact or use it where professional review is required.
8. Third-party services
Prompt Maschine can interact with or prepare content for services such as Suno, Udio, ElevenLabs Music, MiniMax Music, Mureka and YouTube, and it relies on providers including Apple, Google, Firebase, Render and AI model providers. Those services have separate terms and privacy policies.
Prompt Maschine is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, content decisions, pricing, model behavior, account actions or changes to their products.
9. Prompt Maschine ownership
The Prompt Maschine app, website, interface, software, branding, templates and documentation are owned by Prompt Maschine or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Prompt Maschine at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or where continued operation is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
Store subscriptions must still be canceled separately through Apple or Google Play.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Maschine is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Maschine and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or the actions of third-party services arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Prompt Maschine during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Prompt Maschine, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available in your country remain unaffected. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider or legal changes. The effective date will be updated when revisions are posted. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it through the app, website or applicable store.
